Today, one of the brightest representatives of Uzbek and world judo, Rishod Sobirov, celebrates his birthday.
Rishod Sobirov was born on September 11, 1986 in Bukhara. Medalist of the Olympic Games in judo in Beijing-2008, London-2012 and Rio-2016. The world champion in the -60 kg category at the 2010 World Championships in Tokyo and 2011 in Paris, as well as the bronze medalist of the 2015 world championship in Astana (Nur-Sultan). In 2011, he won the title of the best judoka in the world. For these successes, Rishod Sobirov was awarded by our state with the honorary titles "Honored Athlete of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "Uzbekistan Iftikhori", the order "El-yurt Khurmati".
