Congratulations to the Honored Journalist of the Republic of Uzbekistan Erkin Ernazarov!
Erkin Ernazarov, a well-known journalist who has worked for the development of our country for many years, is celebrating his birthday today.
Ernazarov Erkin Madiyarovich was born on August 20, 1945 in the Tashkent region. In 1974, he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Tashkent State University. After studying, he began his career in a district newspaper. Then he headed the media department of the Tashkent region, in 1989-1999 he was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Evening Tashkent" , from 1999 to 2004 — Deputy khokim of Tashkent, from 2004 to 2009-First Deputy Minister of Culture, and from 2009 to 2014 — director of the Museum of Olympic Glory in Tashkent. Since 2014, he has been the editor-in-chief of the journal "Democratlashtirish va insonқukulari" ("Democratization and Human Rights").
Erkin Ernazarov also makes a significant contribution to the development of the Olympic movement and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in Uzbekistan, is a role model for young people. With his analytical articles and instructions for the younger generation, he provides significant assistance in promoting the ideas of Olympism.
For his merits and long-term work, he was awarded the medal "Shukhrat", the order "Mehnat Shukhrati" , as well as the honorary title "Uzbekiston Republikasida hizmat Kirsatgan journalist" ("Honored Journalist of the Republic of Uzbekistan").
