Probably the most charismatic and socially active is the leader of the Taekwondo team (WTF) Dmitry Shokin. Over the past two years, our athlete has taken part in 20 international tournaments (10-4-3) and managed to forever enter the history of sports in Uzbekistan. It was Shokin who became the first taekwondo world champion in the country's history and still leads the world ranking.
He is distinguished not only by his sporting achievements, but also by a sharp mind, coupled with a wonderful sense of humor. Dmitry has a large army of fans, with whom he actively communicates through social networks, takes pictures, jokes. Shokin is considered by many to be practically invulnerable and there are suggestions that his strength depends on the number of people who believe in him. Given the demographics of the country, its strength will grow every year.
