The representative of the Uzbek national boxing team, Raikhona Kodirova, will remain in our memory for a long time thanks to her bright performance at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Despite the fact that she lost to a Brazilian athlete in the quarterfinals, her victory in the qualifying stage (including Tursuna Rakhimova) shows that women's boxing is developing as rapidly in our country as men's, and that soon our girls can safely claim Olympic medals.
