The activities of the headquarters of the delegation of Uzbekistan have officially begun in the Olympic Village in Tokyo. Representatives, headed by the deputy chairman of the NOC, the head of the Operational Headquarters Sherzod Tashmatov, solve all organizational issues before the arrival of the main delegation.
Due to the epidemiological situation that is observed all over the world, the social distance will be strictly observed and the health of guests will be monitored. Representatives of the NOC are considering vehicles for our delegation, as well as places where they will live and move around. The working group includes the director of the Department of International Relations of the NOC Kamoliddin Ergashev, the deputy director of the Department of Coordination of Olympic Sports Hikmat Toshmatov, the chief specialist of the Department of International Relations Nozim Atakulov, a member of the Operational Staff Murod Choriev, a doctor of the RNCSM, COVID officer Azamjon Soliev.
We remind you that the main part of the delegation of Uzbekistan that will take part in Tokyo 2020 will be located in the Olympic Village on July 20.
