A master class was organized for the students of the "Temurbekov School"
The military-academic Lyceum "Temurbekov School" ("Temurbeklar Maktabi"), created on the initiative of our President, has truly become a place for the education of brave and devoted sons of our country. In particular, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan provides assistance to the comprehensive physical development of the youth of this institution.
A Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan was signed in order to promote sports among the students of the Temurbekov School in Tashkent, to educate versatile, physically and morally courageous servicemen in the future, as well as to organize sports sections with the involvement of leading coaches and sports specialists and to create a strong reserve of promising and young military athletes to participate in international military sports competitions.
To ensure the implementation of this agreement, the pupils of the Temurbekov School took part in a master class, which was organized in the Youth School No. 1 of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district. There were master classes from leading masters of sports in such types of martial arts as boxing, hand-to-hand combat, sambo, judo, freestyle wrestling, as well as swimming.
