To the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan
Dear athletes and coaches, true heroes of our country! You successfully took part in the XVI Paralympic Games in Tokyo and adequately defended the honor of Uzbekistan!
The representatives of our national team managed to show their courage, perseverance and courage and won 19 medals — 8 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze. Thanks to this result, we managed to take the 16th place in the team competition among 162 countries. This victory was a worthy gift on the eve of the 30th anniversary of our country's Independence. Thus, our Paralympians have made a worthy contribution to our most expensive and favorite holiday — the Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that these results are based on the kindness and care of our President to you, dear athletes. Such attention will be a great incentive for many young people of the country, including our children with disabilities. This gives them confidence, interest and hope.
The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan sincerely congratulates the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan on such a bright victory and wishes them to achieve even greater success at the next Paralympic Games, which will be held in Paris in three years.
